~lost in Shanghai: Had a * lb document sent to Shanghai, China from the US. Someone in FedEx screwed up the weight, the delivery cost, and the country (from). I've contacted customer service and I got the same "we are sending a message" you have to wait ** hours. Someone will call you." but no one contacted me. * days late to a client and nothing is resolved. Will not use FedEx again. or the USPS for that matter.
