~Jackie Musser: Great service only problem is that your usual *** number is saying the number has been changed and I had to use the web to get in touch with you. I did inform the CSR and she said she will relay this information.

~Jackie Musser: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Jackie Musser: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about FedEx's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Jackie Musser: For that I would say three out of five.
