GetHuman-203666: I called customer service after the buzzing in the FED-EX delivery person who never came up to the apartment and instead threw the package into a locked mailroom, rather than coming to the *rd floor apartment in an elevator building. The delivery person also did not leave any notice of the delivery and the only way I knew it was delivered was by checking the computer tracking. The mail room is for use when there is no answer at the delivery location and usually the delivery person leaves a notice on the mailbox.**Customer service JENNA hung up on me and after finally connecting with some one who contacted the driver, informed me that the was not coming back to actually do the delivery and told customer service that that is how he does deliveries to our location. TOTAL BS - he is just lazy and incompetent and I do not even beleive the delivery is in the mail room.

GetHuman-203666: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about FedEx's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-203666: For that I would say two out of five.

GetHuman-203666: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for FedEx to know who you are.
