~anon: I've had to call every day for * weeks to try to get them to complete a form for me verifying my loans. It took me emailing and faxing the document * times over a week for them to finally "receive" it. After another whole week of calling them and spending hours on hold, it's still not complete. Very incompetent, I'm researching how to switch servicers.
