GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Fido customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Mad: I have spent three hours on the phone in the last * days with Fido. The representatives were courteous but the service was terrible. I have a prepaid plan. I bought a roaming p,an to discover Ayer it wasn't activated and the money I spent just disappeared. I spoke with a representative who offered me another roaming plan and said she had deducted it from my credit card. It wasn't implemented. I called again and was told I couldn't have a roaming plan because I'm a prepaid customer. At the end of all these phone calls, I e had money deducted from my account several times, do not have a roaming plan and am FRUSTRATED!!!

~Mad: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Mad: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Fido's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Mad: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Fido customers?
~Mad: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Fido to know who you are.
