~frustrated customer: I asked to be put to a supervisor only to be argued with put on hold twice. Original CSR stated that there was not managers avail to assist but when I actually was able to speak with a Manager I was told that he was sitting beside the CSR the whole time. Manger was just as rude and confrontational as the CRS. stated that he will escalate when I asked to speak to some one higher than him and it would take ** hour to respond

~frustrated customer: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~frustrated customer: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Fido's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~frustrated customer: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Fido customers?
~frustrated customer: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Fido to know who you are.
