GetHuman-339799: You guys are cheats! My father paid UPS for shipping on an item that was never delivered. UPS said they would refund the entire shipping cost but they had to refund it to Fingerhut and then Fingerhut would rerund it to us. They only gave my father James King **%. It was a shipping cost of $**.**, which my father paid the entire $**.** out of pocket for the shipping cost, and Fingerhut only refunded my father %** a whopping $*.**! How is that fair! They had horrible customer service and did nothing to help us resolve the issue! They are horrible to work with!
