~mssheetrock: money was taken out of my account and i never got my hoodies... how it went was i ordered the items the money was taken out of my account. Then i got an email saying what i ordered wasn't in stock and they couldn't get it. so i would be refunded my money... the money was added back to my account.. well this morning i wake and look at my bank account and you guys have taken the money out of my account whats with that?

GetHuman: And what about Finish Line's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~mssheetrock: For that I would say three out of five.
