GetHuman-mcfarla: Horrible customer service! Filed a service request ****, it took one month to have someone come out. They could not repair the air conditioner unless first american approved it and the contractor was on hold for an hour and half and gave up said he would call me to set up once first american approved. I can no believe this company is in business. Run away! We will be going back to American Home Shield! If I could give a negative ** I would!
