GetHuman-401898: Tried calling * times. Their system says they'll call you back instead of you having to wait on the phone. First time, I assumed it would know my number to call me back. After * hours of no call, I did it again, this time leaving my callback number. Still no callback in an hour (wait time was only supposed to be ** min). Third time, same thing. Finally, fourth time I stayed on the line until I got to talk to someone.
