~bsnetwork: This company does a great job at taking your claim and getting the ball rolling, but does a horrible job at making sure the job is done right the first time. The contractors they use are only able to repair the items you find for them. They will not diagnose anything and it normally takes several trips out to get the repairs properly done. Its like they are trying to not repair the problem so you will have to pay the service charge again and again.
