~eileen45: The credit just recently arrive by mail on *-**-**.$**.** processing fee. I had decided not to make any purchases with the credit card. I had read the refund policy and First Premier bank will closed the account and refund the processing fee if within ** days no balance on the card. I did call this money and talk to Customer Service and told her I would like to closed and cancel my card and $**.** processing fee chargeback to my bank debit card. She was very professional and my credit card is cancel.
