GetHuman-150890: I sent in a copy of my drivers license to get service in my name. They looked at the address on my license and said that someone had a past due bill at that address and that I had to pay it in order for them to turn service on in my name. I do not know who those people are but they are assuming that I was living with them based on the address. I got that license in **** and the bill was established sometime in ****.

GetHuman-150890: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-150890: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about FirstEnergy's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-150890: For that I would say three out of five.
