~n/a: I would rather drink a gallon of drain o then have to deal with Allegheny Power. Flat it is the most useless full of nitwits company that I have ever seen. I live right on the power line and they cut down trees shorter than I am that are *** feet from the line. They didn't even do a good job. They manged to leave parts of the them still in the ground and stumps a foot and a half high for me to dig out.

GetHuman: And what about FirstEnergy's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~n/a: For that I would say two out of five.
