~amiller: This company rips you OFF!!! This winter my electric bill jumped up *** dollars and I didnt do ANYTHING different than what I do now. I feel like its b*c of the payment plan, but the lady said that it's b*c of the winter months. We'll see this summer, but I bet you it doesn't go down. Im sorry, but **** a month when I don't do a d*mn thing different, is a complete rip off in my opinion.

~amiller: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~amiller: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about FirstEnergy's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~amiller: For that I would say five out of five.
