~Mitchie: BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE OVER THE PHONE.*The guy who helped me was Ferdinand.*I had to wait about *-* days to give them a call again after my first attempt. Patience is really the key, I mean, don't you ever want a day off? When you call them and they don't answer, they are probably out of work. Give the a chance! **I have never dealt with such easy going customer service over the phone! They are truly wonderful! I would recommend FITBIT users who are having a hard time contacting them to give them a few. Maybe truly try again* I know it's frustrating but I know you love the FitBit as much as I do! **P.S. I never make reviews, but this was much worthy of it.
