~buy Nike instead: This is just plain ridiculous. This company is headquartered in San Fransisco, yet, you will NEVER speak to someone there. They are completely outsourced. Even the person that replies to email communication is somewhere in the third world. I don't mean this in a negative way toward people working in other countries, at all. But when I get an email reply from a professional company, I expect it not to be garbled in broken English. I regret spending close to $*** on this company's products.
