~Max: No wait time. Explained problem with my wife's Fitbit One. Agreed was a problem and would send a replacement. Told them my wife was currently out of town and would be very appreciative for the replacement. Was told he would expedite the shipment to make sure it was here before she returned. NOW, that is real customer service that you just don't see elsewhere. THANK YOU FITBIT.

~Max: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Max: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Fitbit's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Max: For that I would say four out of five.

~Max: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Fitbit to know who you are.
