~bosslady: Of all the years of getting benefits in other states I have never seen a place where you dont have a direct case worker my case has been screwed up since June and I never get to speak with anyone and they dont have a place where you can go in and speak with someone regarding your case. Florida is highly unprofessional and its time consuming and a headache especially when they dont have **hr service
