GetHuman-259285: THE PERSON THAT TOOK MY CALL WAS VERY RUDE. SHE ANSWERED THE PHONE, SHE SOUNDED AS IS SHE WAS SPANISH. I TOLD HER I WAS TRYING TO REACH SOMEONE IN MEDICAID. SHE THEN TOLD ME,YOU NEED TO CALL BACK AND ASK FOR SOMEONE IN MEDICAID. YOU COULD HEAR SHE SLAMED THE PHON DOWN PRETTY HARD, IN MY FACE. IT'S A SHAME THAT PEOPLE COME TO WORK WITH THEIR PROBLEMS. WE ALL HAVE OUR DAYS BUY YHAT DOES NOT MEAN ENERYONES DAY SHOULD BE AS THEIRS. I CALLED BACK, ANOTHER SPANISH LADY... LADY! THAT TOOK MY CALL WAS CALM AND HELPFUL. ******* *:**PM
