~SJW: Had applied for a refund of a double booking that was Flybe's mistake. They admitted that although they'd received the info * weeks ago and had promised to forward the cancellation to the Refund dept, this in fact had not happened and I should now expect to wait for another ** working days before receiving the refund

~SJW: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~SJW: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Flybe's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~SJW: For that I would say five out of five.
