GetHuman-216362: I have a **** Ford Explorer that I bought new in the summer of ****. I have owned the care for LESS than * years and the hood as ** different spots that are corroding. I've been informed by two different Body Shops, shops that are used by Ford dealerships, that the corrosion is a result of a chemical reaction of the two different metals used to construct the hood (aluminum and steel). Ford has told me too bad, they are not responsible for the problem* as I've said, I've owned the car for less than * years and the hood is rotting due to a corrisive issue not of my making. I WILL NOT purchase another FORD product. I was a loyal customer for the past ** years.*Mark Hanenberger
