~K Lynn: This company has NO CLUE what they are doing. We have the SAME problems over and over, and they take FOREVER to even ATTEMPT to fix it. Our system was down for * business days - no outgoing or incoming calls, and we couldn't even page another desk. Their rep said he was working on it and would call us back in ** minutes. He didn't. When we called to talk to him on the progress, he'd gone home for the day!! We are currently researching other companies that provide VOIP - cuz this one *****! DON'T sign up with this company!!

~K Lynn: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~K Lynn: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about FreedomVOICE's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~K Lynn: For that I would say four out of five.

~K Lynn: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for FreedomVOICE to know who you are.
