GetHuman-417168: This is a company that just can't seem to get their act together. Everyone from the Owner down to the technical support reps and even the billing department has huge problems supporting customers, getting billing straight or even trying to rectify the situation when they have made blatant and re-occurring mistakes. besides all of that their service is shotty and unreliable.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting FreedomVOICE. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a FreedomVOICE problem?
GetHuman-417168: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
