~Anoymous: I called regarding a part that was needed to make a dehumidifier drain properly. I was told the part would be $**. I asked why I should pay for a part that was needed to make it drain correctly. The rep put me on hold and then came back on and said the part would be free. Satisfied with the results but she should have offered the part for free from the beginning.

~Anoymous: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Anoymous: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.

~Anoymous: For that I would say one out of five.
