GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Frigidaire customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Nohelpdesk: Had a technical question about dishwasher model FDB****LCC* and how the center spray arm is supposed to spin. This model does not have a water supply tube attached to the back that allows water to flow straight to the spray arm. It has a cone-shaped nozzle at the top that, I'm guessing, is supposed to spray water into the "cup" attached to the top of the spray arm that makes it spin. I sprayed water into the "cup" with a hose and the arm did not spin. The assistant kept explaining that the water coming in from the tube is what makes the arm spin.

~Nohelpdesk: For that I would say three out of five.
