~Lisa K: I don't know why this company has so many complaints, I called the number given, and it was less than * minutes to get through to customer service. They answered the questions that I had and April was extremely nice. Maybe they have changed there customer support?

~Lisa K: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Lisa K: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.

~Lisa K: For that I would say three out of five.
