GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/30/17?
GetHuman-treeboss: I had no problem getting a human voice but that's where the Customer Support ended. My Icemaker was broken out of the box and has been "assessed" by * different people now, yet Frigidaire won't send a replacement. The "Technicians" come out, open the freezer door, say "Yep, that machince's not making ice", you need a replacement. Brand new product hasn't made ice since it was installed. Customer Service reps are scripted by "protocol" and cannot resolve issues, or do not care to. I am beginning to get the impression they are encouraged NOT to! Email responses are "boxed" and automated. Ongoing since *****.

GetHuman-treeboss: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-treeboss: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Frigidaire's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-treeboss: For that I would say three out of five.

GetHuman-treeboss: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Frigidaire to know who you are.
