~StormyD: My whole experience with frontier has been horrible. I took part in a promotion to get a "free" laptop The sales rep. not only incorrectly placed order to begin with so my laptop only appeared months after my internet was hooked up. They lied about service being in area of va. I'm moving to in a week so now I'm stuck with huge fees. Never deal with this company again and will loudly encourage others not to as well.

~StormyD: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~StormyD: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Frontier Communications's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~StormyD: For that I would say two out of five.
