~CoolFloyd: Our dial-up service would not connect.. was given a new number to use until service was fixed.. it was long distance.. * months later got a *rd party bill from Sprint for $*,*** .. I was on auto pay and the wife did not read the email.. and they withdrew the money from my checking account.. I have been trying to get a refund for over a week now.. they say that are going to send me a live check by UPS.. which will cost $**.. the Manager said he would refund that on my next bill.. Worst company I have ever done business with!
