~ruth nelson: Terrible service - internet and phone out a lot. Just reported a number I reported out a week ago - it is still out. They refuse to refund for this bad service. I was told my bill would be ** a month I now have a bill for *** for phone and internet only. The phone was out for * days solid internet was on. Internet out a lot and slow as dial up.
