~Anonymous: I was calling to cancel my backstage pass and every time i said i wanted to cancel they would rant about all the rewards I could get. They would then procees TO TELL ME that they are going to keep it open after I just said I wanted to close it. this happened twice before I really put my foot down and demanded he terminate my account. I've never talked to someone so pushy before, and I hope for their sake I never do again.
