GetHuman-352132: Can't hear me when they call me back? funny finally waited for someone after the * try. GE customer relations just might as well tell all your customers buy another microwave ever * or * years cause service to fix it will cost you the same and what warranty on magnetron ** yrs have bought two GE microwaves this will be last GE product!!! I agree with the Internet complaints. if you want to sell a product and offer this type of service at least offer a coupon if your product has a high failure rate I.E. microwave see Internet complaints. Cost of service to fix warranty part verses new. Or have customer who won't but anything GE well does it matter to you or not.
