~Becky: The consumer relations agent lied and said that the technician NEEDED to be from GE, even though I told her we had a home warranty, because they might have to replace the door of out fridge or the whole unit. This was a lie, when the tech came out he told me I should have used my home warranty. When I called GE back they essentially said I let the tech come so I had to pay the charges.
