~Dave: They have been out * times to fix my freezer and still not fixed. Not they want to give me a slight discount on a new one, rather then replace it. I have had such "good" luck with the one I have, so why not. I will never even look at another ge appliance, Their customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with. Try asking to speak to a supervisor, it will not happen.

~Dave: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Dave: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about GE Consumer Relations's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Dave: For that I would say four out of five.
