~BigRed84: I didn't call them, they called me. It was an Indian woman with a VERY heavy accent. I could NOT understand her at all. She kept trying to get me to schedule a payment over the phone with my checking account number. I tried telling her I didn't mind paying the late fee and wanted to do it myself. She would not take "no" for an answer, so I hung up. I also hate how their website only gives the *** number as a way to contact them. I want to speak with an American, and that's not going to happen if I call the number. Total BS.
