~outraged: I received an automated phone call wanting me to call this number. I made the call and after waiting to talk to customer service agent, a man believed to be indian got on phone very hard to understand. After explaining that I had an emergency out of town that I forgot to mail my payment, that I would be in to make the payment. He got rude and wanted me to make payment over the phone, I explained that I would take it to store so I could get a receipt. He got more rude. I made up my mind then that I was going to make regular payment at due date and not give him the satisfaction. He said that if money was tight maybe I could borrow the money from a friend or family member to make the payment. Told him one more time that I would make payment on due date including late charges. I then had to hang up to prevent me from saying something I didnt want to. GE Money Bank has the worse customer service I have had to deal with.
