~lruiz: Gene Messer Chevrolet never called me back on the recall appt. I had for my **** Cruze. I followed all the instructions given to me and they did not come through. I have had other bad experiences with their service. I went to another dealer and they took care of the recall. I have bought several gmac autos and will think about it when ready to buy another vehicle.

~lruiz: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~lruiz: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about GMAC's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~lruiz: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other GMAC customers?
~lruiz: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for GMAC to know who you are.
