GetHuman-274456: I came in to do a exchange and I was told that I had to have my money refunded back to me then re purchase my item. I felt that was a waste. She could pull my order up by the receipt so then she asked me to swipe my card to pull it up that way. She was still unable to pull it up and another gentleman comes to help and refunds me on a gift card. I was checked my acct later the next day and I had been charged **. I have not been able to get a hold of the manager by the phone so I had to drive back to little rock to get this resolved and its still not resolved.
