GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/22/17?
GetHuman-thornto2: I sent my new iPhone * to them almost a month ago and I still have yet to receive the $*** they promised me. Garrett Kirkland, customer care supervisor, is less than accommodating and not the most pleasant. I will not be using Gazelle again, and I strongly advise anyone considering them to look else to for buying*selling of electronics.
