~sdafsdf: My experience with geek squad was not a pleasant one. I already was in a bad mood because of my best buy laptop was having virus problems but when I took it to the local Best Buy*geek Squad they just made matters worse. When they returned my macbook I found that somewhere in the process of them removing the virus' somehow they managed to delete alot of my personal files and photos. Anyway, after doing some research and coming across some reviews for secure remote support, i tried the out. $**.** was the simple removal cost of the virus, and I was good to go. No problems, they got my data back for $** as well. Im happy now, and pursueing geek squad with the better business bureau. Secureremotesupport.com saved my computer and me from a lot of extra work!
