~B2Bob: Had a virus that locked up my computer. Referred to GonS. Took them ** hours to run the malware which cleared up the problem. Next day when I logged on, the same issue came up. They 'fixed' it again but installed no software or firewall to preclude happening again. ** days later, similar problem. Called, asked for refund, immediate no. $*** for nothing. Working with AMex to resolve issue. Do not use this organization, they do nothing to preclude problem for happening again.
