GetHuman-174679: your customer service has a lot of internal problems,,the biggest one is you are union organized,,which means,,,you don't care if you work or not,,,as long as you get a paycheck and great benefitsI guess that's the Obama way,,if these people had to work for a living they would rather be in the unemployment line ,,collecting Obamas great benefits for the **%,,fortunately,,I was able to work for a living and taught my children the same responsibilitiesif it would have ben up to me,,you company would have closed * years ago,,let some new people that are interested in working do the same work,,I'm sure this message will fall on deaf ears,,at lest I feel better,,whot goes around comes back to haunt you at a later time in your life
