I held for * minutes then a lady came on and said she would transfer me to the interview dept. After holding for ** minutes I was given the option to request a callback by typing in my phone number. I was shocked and surprised that I received a call back to complete my interview within ** minutes. Thank the Lord this weeks total was close to ** hours of elevator music and I was going a little insane.
