GetHuman-283360: actually it was over * hrs but you can only enter up to ** minutes. when you do talk to someone they give you more things they need to upload and send them. then you have to call them back and wait another * hrs or wait for up to ** days for them to contact you. flat terrible service. worst i ever heard of.
