GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Gevalia Coffee customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Peter: Gevalia has outsourced it's "Customer Service" to Asia. There was no way to get a native english speaker on the phone line. Asia refused any phone number other than what I called as well as any email address. I have been buying from this company for years but given my inability to reach anyone who would respond to me with anything other than heavily accented indifference--I have identified alternate coffee sources and will permanently withhold any future business from this heavily insulated from customers company. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

~Peter: For that I would say two out of five.
