~AmatoDo: Getting service from GEXA was a NIGHTMARE for me! In just ** months I accumulated over ** pages of notes of (negative) conversations I had to have with GEXA. Almost every single conversation took at least two or three or more phone calls and still failed to "fix" the problem I had to call about. It was always ** or more minutes on the phone each time. Often times it was over ** minutes. My impression was that the Reps they hire and train act for the most part like they really couldn't care less. Then they nickel and dime with unexpected fees, and charges and might as well use robots to answer their telephones b*c all their C*S Reps can do it repeat over and over and over their pat-answers that they are trained on. They even charged me several dollars to make a payment .... for crying out loud!**The final insult was my "refund" for the deposit I paid. It has been over * months and I have still not gotten my refund. I have called and called. They keep saying "the check is in th

~AmatoDo: For that I would say five out of five.
