~sw: Pretty dreadful phone system. You are forced to press * for English, which is the language of this country. I am so confused...why do I have to make a special choice to speak MY OWN language??? Then there is no get-human phone option in the system. Got trapped in endless loop after endless loop. Only option that got me to a human was "If You are currecntly disconnected." I am not, but that was the only way that would connect me to a human. **Very poor.
