~Andrepartthree: Was a bit nervous after reading all the horror stories on here (and not doubting them either I'm sure it happened to those particular customers) but I had a great experience! Very short hold time, rep was very knowledgeable, friendly and informative .... one reviewer here commented on getting American rep's... I know what they're saying, I don't mean to sound racist but sometimes you get a rep at other places and it's obvious their English isn't good enough to understand what you're saying you literally cannot communicate with them ... this (gigabytes) rep spoke flawless English however ... I called about ** in the morning their (pacific USA time zone) time which might have made a difference too (less busy?)..
