~TruIslander: I ordered glasses with prescription lensesapril *th, my order was completed by april **th so * weeks from that date I was suppose to recieve my glasses. They sent an email saying that they will contact me when the glasses are shipped out. Never got a notice. On my order history online, it says lab processing. So * weeks later, I recieved the package. It only had the frames, no lenses what so ever. I called the company and they apologized, they even stated that their invoices said nothing was suppose to be shipped out. So they emailed me a shipping label and i shipped the glasses back the next day. They did give me a refund of **% off and them half off the entire order because I had to complain a second time, because apparently they misplaced my lenses order and they have to start all over again. They are suppose to ship the *nd ones overnight, I still waiting to see if I get the *nd pair.
